We hope you love your purchase from quirk, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help 🤍

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned
• Full-priced items that are unworn and in original condition (with packaging) can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or store credit
• For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings, intimate apparel, or beauty products
• We're unable to offer refunds for change of mind

If something isn't right with your item, we'll happily look into a refund for genuine manufacturing fault. Proof of purchase is required, and refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
